This day workshop is an introduction to Voice Movement Therapy (VMT) - a system that enables more voice, passion and joy. Together we will explore the voice, using the vocal components of VMT, metaphor, active imagination and the song as a container to express our unique selves.
Bring a song that touches your heart for example a lullaby, folk, popular, jazz or rock song.
Please bring
a bottle of water
notepad & pen
your own lunch & snacks.
We will provide Voice Movement Therapy resources.
