IAVMT Membership Application/Renewal
The membership year runs one full year from September 15th. Dues must be paid by September 15th, 2010 to be a member for 2010 - 2011.

Payment can either be made by cheque or here (see below). We request that U.K. members send a cheque to avoid the online payment fees. Cheques should be made out to the IAVMT, 750 14th St., Boulder, CO 80302, U.S.A. This form needs to be completed and mailed even when paying online (it can be printed out from the page).

Associate Membership
The International Association for Voice Movement therapy is run by the members, for the members and for the advancement of the work of Voice movement therapy. The association provides a forum in which we can all participate and offer support to each other in our work.
As a member:

• you are supported by the ethics of the organisation
• U.K. members (professional and provisional) have the benefit of an insurance scheme at a reduced rate
• your name will be entered on the web site and you can post a biography, photo and upcoming events on the web site
• you can receive and contribute to the annual Journal, PVMTJ.
• you can attend the annual conference
• as a Professional member you can use the letters VMTR (Voice Movement Therapy Registered) to indicate your Voice Movement Therapy qualification and your commitment to professional standards in your practice
